Tipping is a North American invention that can be a stressful and annoying part of any service experience. Many of our bartenders have worked overseas in countries such as New Zealand and Australia and understand what it is like to work in a "Non-tipping" culture. Most agree, IT IS BETTER.

That is why Platinum Tie has a "No Tipping Required" clause in our contract that clearly states, "No one shall feel obliged by our services staff to offer a tip".

Tips are always appreciated, but when you hire Platinum Tie Bartending, we work because we love what we do, not because we are eagerly awaiting a the clink of silver and gold in our tip jar.
